Bus to Jacó

In San Jose we went on the bus which was fairly giant. San Jose is the capital city of Costa Rica. We went from San Jose to Jacó, which is by the beach on the Pacific coast.

The bus was called 'el Garabito'. It was way bigger than the trans-link buses from Vancouver. It didn't have air conditioning so we had to open the windows. Most of the vehicles run on diesel so they were extremely stinky. I sat by the window in the front which was fun for a while, but then I got bored.

I saw many trees, vehicles and people. There were even people selling food and toy airplanes right on the highway as the cars and trucks went by!

When we arrived at our house we took a nice refreshing swim in the pool.
